There is a one-time $50 setup fee. No monthly, annual, or membership fees. Just weekly billing based on actual fuel usage.
Discounts are automatically applied when the driver swipes the card at a fuel station. The discount amount depends on the location and may vary day to day. Drivers can check available discounts in real time using the Fuel Map.
Discount amounts vary by location and can change daily. Drivers can check real-time pricing and available discounts at nearby stations using the Fuel Map app before fueling.
Before fueling, the driver opens the CPS Pay mobile app to retrieve the required PIN or PO number. At the pump, they insert the card and follow the on-screen prompts, entering their unit number and the secure code from the app when prompted. Once verified, fueling begins and the discount is applied automatically at the point of sale.
Each transaction requires a unique PIN or PO number, retrieved through the CPS Pay mobile app. This PIN must be entered at the pump along with the unit number, helping ensure that only authorized drivers can fuel. This system adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized use and fraudulent charges.
By default each card is set with a weekly spending limit of $2,500. However, limits can be adjusted at any time based on the company’s needs. Cardholders can request increases or changes to limits whenever necessary.
The card is primarily used for diesel and DEF purchases. Other features can be enabled if needed.
Yes. There are two types of additional funds available:
Spending limits for both can be adjusted per driver or per card.
If the card is declined at the pump, the driver can go inside and have the cashier process the transaction manually. If the card is lost or stolen, it should be reported immediately so it can be blocked and replaced.
Customers receive a weekly statement by email. The total amount is automatically withdrawn using the approved payment method on file. This usually happens the same day the invoice is issued. Payments are made through automated ACH collection.
Fleet managers use the Compass web portal to manage fuel activity in real time: viewing transactions, setting spending limits, assigning cards, and downloading reports. Drivers use the Fuel Map app to find nearby fuel stations, check available discounts, and plan where to fuel based on current pricing.
“Full Tank is the best, best! The way it shows you how much you’re saving right in the app is easy. I’m saving so much money I think I’m getting about $200 to $300 a week. That’s with Full Tank. Thank you, Full Tank!”
“That’s $216 saved from one fill-up. Same truck stops, but now I get up to $1 off per gallon. At this rate, I’m saving over $1,000 a month per truck.”
